Product Availability:
All our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured in our own facilities. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on backorder, please call us; we can tell you when the item will be available. Because the jewelry is made in our facility, there may be a delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@jewelexcess.com

Information on Jewelexcess.com:
At Jewelexcess, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some may appear larger or smaller in our photographs than their actual sizes; additionally, because every computer monitor has different settings, size may vary slightly from reality due to those settings. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece, based on our manufacturing specifications. In addition, it is important to note that the colors you see on your screen may not be true to life and some gemstones can appear darker or lighter in images.

Returns & Exchanges:
Jewelexcess is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of the merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason at all, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back, free of charge, for a refund or exchange. Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Limited 1-Year Warranty
The Jewelexcess guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong with the item you ordered due to faulty workmanship, we will take care of fixing or replacing it. It is a fair way of doing business. Precious metals do erode, and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, or if a resizing is required, repairs can be made in house by our expert staff for a fee. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the level of work required. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Jewelexcess automatically voids the warranty. THIS LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the Jewelexcess warranty.
