Shipping policy

Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99. The $50 minimum is based on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied.

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Please allow 10–14 business days for delivery within the United States. Many of our pieces are made in our own workshop. If an item is on backorder, it may need an extra 1–4 weeks before it ships, and we will email you if your order is affected.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Weather, carrier issues and other events outside our control can delay delivery. Jewelexcess is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.
